About this game

Beat the dealer to 21 — hit, stand or double as the hand calls for it, with a proper 3:2 pay for a natural. Frostbite Twenty-One is the one table game everyone in the lounge seems to know already.

This is a free social game for entertainment only. No real money is involved, and points cannot be exchanged for anything of value. Intended for players aged 18+.

The story behind Frostbite Twenty-One

From parlour whist to riverboat draws, cards have always rewarded a cool head and a bit of nerve. Frostbite Twenty-One continues the tradition in miniature: simple rules, snap decisions, and the timeless small thrill of turning over exactly the card you needed.

Playing it well

Basic instincts serve well: stand on 17+, hit below 12, and double when the dealer shows a weak up-card. The dealer must draw to 17 — use that.

Watch the dealer's up-card before deciding anything. A 6 showing means they bust often; a 10 means play tight and take your hits early.

Fair by design

There's no house edge to worry about in Frostbite Twenty-One, because there's no house take: points are imaginary, rounds are independent, and the random logic runs openly in your own browser tab.
